Upon checking in around New Year's Eve, the hotel over Vinoy Marina proved to be a gem with great views. While the room was a bit dusty initially, the location was top-notch. The service had some hiccups with the staff overlooking me for a drink, but the overall experience with a certified team member was good. The dining at Marchand's served a delightful Manchego ratatouille. The facilities were satisfactory, offering the essentials for a comfortable stay.
